We started construction on the brick oven in our barn in 2012. “The Barn” became our gathering room where we shared our passion for food with our family and friends. A Wood Fired Brick Oven imparts flavor to food like nothing you have ever tasted before. Whether it is our CRISPY thin crust Pizza, Wood Fired Wings, or Ted’s Baby Back Ribs you will walk away satisfied, knowing that our food is fresh!
We promise never to skimp on those things that produce the quality you deserve. We don’t do ordinary and we don’t do already made, frozen in a box ready for the microwave! Most of our food is made fresh, from scratch. Our toppings are first quality and hand prepared. Our sides, salads & desserts are homemade and fresh. We searched hard for the right cheese blend that is compatible with pizza–that melt to perfection and our pepperoni is the best available.
We have been supplying our customers with wholesome farm fresh eggs, produce and local farm products. In fact, we grow most of our own food. We want to appeal to people who are looking for something different …we don’t do ordinary!!
